After confirming your desired order on the Helena Scrittore website, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. The email will include delivery details (name, address, contact phone number), a list of ordered items, individual prices, and the total price.
1. Delivery Time
Republic of Serbia
The delivery time is 5-7 working days for the territory of the Republic of Serbia and starts from the first working day after the order is placed. Helena Scrittore covers the delivery costs within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Your order for the territory of the Republic of Serbia will be delivered by the Post Express courier service between 8 am and 4 pm on every working day to the address provided when ordering. Please ensure that there is someone available at the address during this time to receive the shipment. The courier is obligated to attempt delivery twice. It is the usual practice of the Post Express company that if the courier cannot find you at the address, they will try to call you on the phone number provided during the ordering process to arrange a new delivery time. If the courier cannot find you again after arranging the delivery time, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you by phone to determine the reason for the non-delivery and to arrange a new shipment date.
All orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the first working day following the weekend or holiday.
Rest of the World
For territories outside the Republic of Serbia, the delivery time is in accordance with the delivery times defined by the Post Express courier service. The delivery time depends on the Zone in which the country of delivery is located and ranges from 7 to 15 days (for Europe 7-15 days, for the rest of the world 10-20 days). Delivery times also depend on specific local legal regulations, including the working hours of customs services and their procedures, which may affect the aforementioned delivery times. Please take into account any unforeseen circumstances that may occur in planning your orders, which may affect the projected delivery times and are beyond Helena Scrittore’s control.
Your order will be delivered during working hours (Monday-Friday), from 8 am to 5 pm, in accordance with the working hours of the local branches of Post Express in the delivery country, or the delivery times of local postal services with which Post Express has a cooperation agreement.
2. Delivery Method
Upon receipt, please visually inspect the delivered package to ensure that it does not have any visible damage. If you notice any damage during the visual inspection that you suspect may have affected the quality of the delivered product, please refuse to accept the shipment. If after opening the package and inspecting the purchased products you find that the products were damaged during transport, please take photographs and send all those photos along with the claim form to our operator at the email address info@helenascrittore.com.
Please inform us immediately via email at info@helenascrittore.com about any issues that arise so that we can be more efficient in future deliveries.
If the shipment appears undamaged during the visual inspection, you can sign for receipt of the shipment and accept it freely.

When purchasing and delivering outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, delivery is charged, and the delivery cost will be included in the price when creating the order.
If the delivery country is located in a high-risk zone, the delivery cost is subject to a surcharge for increased risk. Countries for which this surcharge is applied include: Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, South Sudan, Yemen, Syria. In the event that the delivery country is in a UN-sanctioned zone, the delivery cost is subject to an additional surcharge. Countries where this surcharge is applied include Iran (Islamic Republic of), Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Yemen, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, North Korea, Somalia, Syria. In case we are unable to deliver the ordered items due to objective circumstances, our operator will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer you one of the possible alternative solutions.
