Exchange of Size and Replacement of Item for Another

Helena Scrittore is fully committed to producing high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with any of our products, you have the right to exchange it.

After ordering an item from the Helena Scrittore website and determining upon receipt that it does not meet your requirements regarding size or any other attribute, please contact us immediately.

The exchange process is extremely simple: Send us an email at the following address info@helenascrittore.com.

We will confirm receipt of your email and provide you with further instructions for exchanging the item.

Your request for product exchange will be processed promptly, and we will inform you of the outcome via email.

Once you provide us with your consent for the proposed solution, we will proceed with a swift and efficient resolution of your exchange request.

The item you purchased and wish to return can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color/combination of colors, or it can be exchanged for another item of the same, lower, or higher price category with the appropriate surcharge if the new desired product is in a higher price category or with a partial refund if it is in a lower price category.

If you wish to exchange the item you received exclusively and solely for the same item in a different size, you can do so at the nearest Helena Scrittore retail store. For all other types of exchanges, please adhere to the above-defined procedure. If you still have doubts about the exchange of your item after reading the procedure, feel free to contact our operator.

The basic prerequisite for exchanging the initially purchased item is that it is intact, unworn, with all accompanying tags/labels of the Helena Scrittore brand. The ordered item cannot be exchanged if it has been worn or if it lacks a label or is damaged due to improper use.

In cases where the item you wish to exchange for the same size is the last one in our inventory, our operator will provide you with a written proposal of possible options: exchanging for the same model in a different color if available in the desired size, exchanging for another item of the same, lower, or higher price category. Alternatively, if we have the material/materials from which your item was made in stock, we would tailor the item to your desired size.

If you wish to exchange your product due to non-compliance or if the product clearly exhibits an error/defect that is not the result of improper use or handling in accordance with the accompanying declaration, please familiarize yourself with our simple complaint procedure.

Important note: Size exchange is not possible for products made to your measurements (for products for which you have provided us with measurements via our body dimension form). Each product made to customer measurements will be recorded with the exact measurements provided by the customer.

Exchange Period

The exchange period for the size of the item is 18 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Delivery Costs

The costs of exchanging goods (returning the initially purchased product, delivering the new product) are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item, in which case Helena Scrittore, as the manufacturer, covers the transportation cost (returning the initially purchased product, delivering the new replacement product). If you made a mistake when purchasing or changed your mind, whether regarding the design or any other attribute, you can return the purchased products to us or exchange them for another item. The cost of returning the initially purchased product that you wish to return or exchange is your responsibility in accordance with the price list of the courier service Post Express or the local postal operators you choose. Please note that when ordering our products for delivery outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia, in addition to the transportation cost, there are additional local expenses (customs duties, taxes, bank charges, etc.). For these reasons, we recommend that all valued customers who wish to order our products for the first time or require delivery outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia consult with our operator regarding all product details in advance to minimize any errors in choosing the model, size, or design. During the delivery of the new (replacement) product, the buyer in the territory of the Republic of Serbia pays the postage fee in accordance with the price list of the courier service Post Express. During the delivery of the new (replacement) product to the buyer outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia, the buyer pays the transportation costs.
