Refund Procedure
The refund procedure is straightforward and consists of several steps:
- Please send us an email to info@helenascrittore.com for a refund request.
- An operator from the online store will send you a confirmation of the validity of the provided data along with instructions for returning the product.
- Properly pack the product intended for return to prevent damage during transport. Be sure to include the invoice / shipping receipt. The return will be processed according to the instructions provided by our operator and depends on the grounds for the refund.
- We will process the refund as soon as possible after receiving the product and verifying its satisfactory condition.
- If the Buyer cancels the distance contract before the product is delivered, the money will be refunded to them as soon as possible to the account from which the payment was made. Also, in the event that we are unable to deliver the desired product and you do not want another item from our range, the money will also be refunded to you as soon as possible.
The ordered item cannot be sent to the address on the invoice / shipping receipt or from this website without prior agreement with the operators in the Online store. Any such package will be returned to the sender at their expense. Please do not leave items personally at any of the Helena Scrittore retail outlets in order to facilitate the refund process, as this cannot be realized.
Method and Costs of Refund
In the event of a refund for products paid with a credit card, we undertake to make the refund exclusively via the credit card used for payment (VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and other electronic payment methods). Upon the merchant’s request, the bank will refund the amount exclusively to the cardholder’s account from which the item was paid. If you paid for the products via a PayPal account, the money will be refunded to the same account. Please note that under no circumstances can you request a cash refund for a transaction made using a credit card or for payments made through a PayPal account. The amount of money paid under the distance contract will be refunded to you as soon as possible, without delay (no later than 18 days from the date of delivery of the goods). The cost of returning the goods and money is borne by the buyer in the event of cancellation of the distance contract or replacement of the item for another item or size of the same item. In the event of non-conformity of the item, delivery of the wrong item, or an item with a defect, the cost of transporting the goods and money is borne by Helena Scrittore.
