You can pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or DinaCard, whether you are making a purchase within or outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The card must be authorized by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payments. At no point are your card details accessible to our system.
Card Payments
By selecting the appropriate payment method (card payment), you will be redirected to the Raiffeisen Bank page, which is protected and secure for this type of payment. On this page, you need to enter the following information:

When entering your card information, confidential data is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available. The security of your data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Raiffeisen Bank ad Belgrade, ensuring that the entire payment process is completed on the bank’s pages. Card details are not accessible to our system.
*Data entry and verification are exclusively carried out between the cardholder and Raiffeisen Bank, and the online merchant does not have access to the exchanged information.
Payments can be made using credit cards from both domestic and foreign banks. Payments by residents of the Republic of Serbia are permitted exclusively in RSD currency. If these rules are not followed, the buyer bears criminal and financial responsibility. Only the cardholder is authorized to make the payment.
In the event of a refund, when you have paid for goods using a credit card, we commit to processing the refund exclusively through the credit card used for payment (VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and other electronic payment methods) or by transferring the amount to your current account. The bank will, upon the seller’s request, process the refund exclusively to the account of the cardholder from which the item was paid. Under no circumstances and under no conditions can you request a cash refund for a transaction made using a credit card.
1. Territory of the Republic of Serbia
Ordered products will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days after the order confirmation is received.
Card payment: You will complete the purchase by having the entire purchase amount charged following the step-by-step procedure after clicking the “pay” button.
All orders in the Republic of Serbia are paid in dinars (RSD).
2. Rest of the World, Except for the Territory of the Republic of Serbia
Helena Scrittore Atelier products can be paid for delivery outside the Republic of Serbia exclusively by credit cards during the purchase process on the website, as described in the card payment procedure.
If the user chooses to pay with credit cards from foreign issuing banks, the transaction amount in dinars will be converted into the Bank’s settlement currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS). When your credit card is charged, the already converted amount will be further converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate applied by the card operators. The price stated on the website in dinars is fixed; however, due to the mentioned conversions, there may be discrepancies when converting it to the local currencies of the card-issuing banks or when comparing the euro price on our website with the price in euros applied in the payment process, i.e., the conversion of euros to dinars.
